T100 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the t100 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the t100 platform — including the website and mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use t100's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.
The t100 platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is only permitted to register one account on the t100 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, email address, and identity verification details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. t100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.
Password & Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. t100 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their account information secure.
Users must notify t100 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password that is not shared with anyone.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
T100 platform users are required to comply with all applicable usage rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without compensation:
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or compromise the integrity of any games, payment systems, or platform data.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with a third party.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contravenes the terms of the relevant campaign.
- Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial transactions through the platform.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or harmful to other users.
T100 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the t100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via available local payment methods, including e-wallets such as TNG and bank transfers via FPX.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited and may result in the account being suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal & Processing Terms
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification procedures that may be required before a transaction is approved. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as stated in your account settings or the relevant campaign terms.
T100 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third-party factors such as payment service providers or financial institutions. Processing times stated are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Platform Liability
T100 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from technical errors, or that the information displayed will always be accurate and current. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, t100 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
T100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms of use violation, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a violation may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the t100 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the property of t100 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from t100.
Third-Party Links
The t100 platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. t100 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of such third-party services. Users are advised to review the terms of each third-party service separately.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
T100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the t100 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this document shall continue to be valid and binding, unaffected by that determination.
